Shipping Information

We offer local delivery, international shipping, and self-collection options.

Local (Singapore):
All local orders are shipped at a flat rate of SGD 5. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, and delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on the way.

International Shipping:
Nyrah ships worldwide. International shipping fees are based on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Feel free to reach out to us if your country has not been listed as an option.

Self-Collection (Singapore only):
Prefer to pick up your order? Self-collection is available at Punggol. Once your order is ready, an email will be sent to you with the information.
