Exchange Policy

We hope you love every piece — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. To start a return or exchange, simply DM us on Instagram with your order details. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note: Slight variations of 2–4cm in sizing may occur due to fabric stretch and manual measurement — this is not considered a defect. Loose threads or minor, washable marks may also occur as part of the manufacturing process and will not be valid grounds for return. Any defect-related returns or exchanges must also be mailed back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds are not typically issued but may be offered on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances.
